And i don't think that's the qt which i have is signed cuz my phone is hacked!!

There is no gba emulator for (s40v3) s40 phones. Because s40 phones have low processing power than s60 phones and emulators requires larger processing power.

RedDanger no problem bro. I've found a Signed QT version 4.7.3 for my N8 and GBA worked on my touch screen. I've added installation tutorial for all Symbian^3 users. Thanks
