There is a GBCoid software to run play gameboy color games on andriod phones. There is a software Meboy 2.1.0 that you should download for playing meboy games.

I think you should search andriod market. but why don't you try playing gba games on you andriod phone? They have better graphics than meboy and gameboy color games.
