Item Type: Move/Field; location: Ecruteak City; teaches the technique "Surf". You can travel on water with a Pokemon. Defeat the five dancing girls and talk to the man inside the Ecuteak City Dance Theater.

Item Type: Move/Field; location: Sprout Tower; teaches the technique "Flash". You can light up dark areas such as Mt. Silver. Defeat the monk at the end of Sprout Tower to obtain it.
