sir i'cant extract that even im using xplore to extract it coz it is in rar format

sir i've downloaded that before when i extract it on my n70 using xplore and at the middle of extraction it says like these
error: pokemon sinnoh.gba.
Sir if you have any pokemon hacks. Can i have the link ?
