My team when i defeated light:
Charizard(55lvl)- high sp attack,speed.
Gabite(45lvl)-sand veil ability,
Conkeldurr(45lvl)-high attck power
Blastoise(46lvl)-help again ground and rock type and its know icepunch gud again gliscor.
Jolteon(36lvl)-not much.

Mainly gabite and charizard help me a lot
I finish that event around two weeks ago so i dont remember all thing.
And my advise after defeating light train so hard because theres a big fight coming. Ask me if u stuck i finish the game.

Nice! you finish light in that level ,btw...so i decided to grind my team at mystic cave then..this is the result of my current team:
typlosion-lvl56
blastoise-lvl63
salamence-lvl57
karablast-lvl54
my blastoise ice punch,scald and hydropump do the job and beat light...but now im facing a new tough battle and your right about it:( 2 lvl70 kyurems is really hard,do you have some tips or advice on how to defeat them...

jolteon does the first job.
First i paralyzed them by jolteon and use my charizard's dragon pulse and conkeldurr fighting attcks to defeat them.
I also use my garchomp and other pokemons.
Tips-
I think you can done this job easily by catching and training mismagius or absol because they know perish song move so after that you can beat them in 3 turns.
Or
Train dragon starter or fighting pokemon.
