If ur game freezes, when u select MOMPKMN (Quagsire) in Pokemon Mineral or Lucario & Mew, simply press the A button two to five times (press at an interval of 2 sec). When u see only one letter in the box where the name Mompkmn appears ( a letter like A will appear) scroll up or down or press any other button (A button in case of battle) and the game will run again. Tested and works fine.
Some persons have problems with this pokemon in Kanto. I have not tested this Kanto but I've tested this is many other locations. Inside the PC also it works when the game freeze when u scroll to the pokemon. Hope this trick solve ur problems.
