start playing with level 10 togetic,oshawot or snivy(i suggest u to take oshawot)
then u'll find rare pokemon in every route...be sure that u'll beat with ur rival in 1st battle cz she'll use togetic if u take snivy/snivy if u take oshawot:p

You can't download the gbc rom of this game and also most of the hacks' , but u can download ips patch of the games which are available on many pkmn forums and patch yourself the rom
