Kecleon: The best moves for Kecleon are Fire Blast, Blizzard, Thunder, and Hyper Beam. A good move set for Kecleon is Skill Swap (TM48), Faint Attack, Brick Break (TM 31), and Psybeam. When in battle, use Skill Swap immediately, so Kecleon's ability (Color Change) is swapped with the opponent. Then, use any other attack. Since you swapped abilities, when you use the attack the opponent's type will be changed to the type of the attack you used. For example, if you used Brick Break, the opponent's type becomes Fighting. Then, just use the type of attack that is strong against the first type of attack you used. For example, if you used Brick Break, use Psybeam and it should be very effective. Afterwards, the opponent's type will be changed once more to the type of move you used last. Just keep using the move type that is very effective to the move type that you last used. By using this technique, you will be virtually unbeatable. There is a level 30 Kecleon behind the "Route 120 <- Fortree City" sign. Note: You will need the Devon Scope.

Kingdra: Fish for a Horsea. Some of them will be holding a Dragon Scale. Make a Seadra hold this item and trade it to get a Kingdra. The best way to get Dragon Scale is to teach a Pokemon Thief and use it on a Horsea. If the Horsea is holding a Dragon Scale, the Pokemon will take it away. If not, attack it normally.

Kyogre: To find Kyogre, go to the Cave Of Origin in Sootopolis City. It will be on Level 45 when you catch it. Kyogre is a Water type. Its ability is Drizzle and it summons Rain in battle. Its attacks are Body Slam (Power 85, Accuracy 100), Calm Mind (Power -, Accuracy -), Ice Beam (Power 95, Accuracy100), and Hydro Pump (Power120, Accuracy 80). You can only find Kyogre in Pokemon Sapphire . To catch Kyogre easier, bring some Net Balls. Net Balls work better on Water and Bug types. Net Balls can be bought in Mossdeep City's Pokemart. While Kyroge has red health, put him to sleep and you can catch him with a Poke Ball. After you enter Sootopolis, you will not be able to go in the gym. Go to the left and you will see Steven and Wallace. They will take you to the Cave of Orgin. You will need at least three Repeat Balls orone Master Ball. You can find a Master Ball in Team Aqua/Magma's hideout. Save yourgame before you walk in front of Kyoge. You will need a level 50 Swampert. It should know the move Muddy Water. Use it only one time. If it only is on orange health, use Rock Smash. With luck, its Hydro Pump will not take your Pokemon down. If it is on red, usethe Repeat Ball. Kyogre is extremely difficult to catch if you do not paralyze it or put it to sleep. Catch a Ralts on Route 102 and raise it up to Gardevouir. Gardevouir is a strongpsychic type that you can use against the Elite Four. Make sure you keep Calm Mind on Gardevouir. You will also need about twenty Ultra Balls, ten Net Balls, five Timer Balls, ten Super Potions, and ten Full Heals. When you battle Kyogre, put Gardevouir out first. Do not bother attacking Kyogre, just keep using Calm Mindfor a few turns. Kyogre will most likely use Hydro Pump and Ice Beam. If Gardevouir gets frozen, use a Full Heal. If it gets down to low HP, use Super Potion. Eventually Kyogre will get smart tothe fact that his "special attacks" (Hydro Pump and Ice Beam) are not doing enough damage and it will start to use Body Slam. Body Slam has a chance or paralyzing your Pokemon. Gardevouir will usually get paralyzed by the third or fourth Body Slam, then Synchronize will also paralyze Kyogre. Gardevouir's Special Attack and Special Defense are high, so Ice Beam and Hydro Pump will do minimal damage. As,Kyogre is paralyzed, sometimes it will not hit you. The only useful attack it will have left is Body Slam, and since Gardevouir is already paralyzed, it is not significant. Youcan take your time whittling down Kyogre's HP with Gardevouir, not having to worry about much. Take your time, and when the HP gets red, try a few Ultra Balls and Net Balls. If you runout, then use Calm Mind some more to waste a few turns and use the Timer Balls. To catch Kyogre very easily, get a Shedinja. Since it is only affected by its weakness, Kyogre cannot defeat it. Use a Pokemon that can put Kyogre to sleep. After it says"Kyogre is fast asleep", use your Masterball(s) until Kyogre cannot break free. Kyogre is now yours to keep. Note: This trick may have a slight chance of working if you have two Masterballs or less. Buy a large number of Ultra Balls and Revives. Throw Ultra Balls on every turn. If he knocks out three Pokemon, use Revives until he stays without attacks. He will use Struggle and will almost always fail. Keep throwing the Ultra Balls. Attachments:

Kyogre: Recommended moves: Recommended moves for Kyogre are Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Water Spout and Earthquake (TM). The best moves for Kyogre power-wise are Sheer Cold, Blizzard, Hydro-Pump, and Thunder. However, if you want PP efficiency you can use Sheer Cold (with PP Max), Ice Beam/Blizzard (with PP Up), Thundershock/Thunder (with PP Up), and Surf/Hydro-Pump (with PP Up). Note: For best results and success save all PP Ups and PP Maxs for your starter Pokemon's moves only after it has learned all of its best moves. For better help in the Pokemon League use them on your Kyogre.

Kyogre: Easy PP refuel without an Ether: Get a TM that contains Thunderbolt. Teach Thunder to your Kyougre. If you have run out of Thunder before you are going to defeat Steven, teach Kyougre the Thunderbolt. You will now have all fifteen PP of Thunderbolt remaining. Note: This will work with any TM.
