Groudon: Recommended moves: Use Shock Wave, Bulk Up, Aerial Ace, and Fire Blast. Recommended moves for Groudon are Eruption, Solarbeam, Fire Blast and Earthquake. The best moves for Groudon power-wise are Fissure, Earthquake, Eruption, and Solarbeam. However, if you want PP efficiency you can use Fissure (with PP Max), Earthquake (with PP Up), Eruption/Flamethrower (with PP Up), and Solarbeam (withPP Up). Note: For best results and success save all PP Ups and PP Maxs for your starter Pokemon's moves only after it has learned all of its best moves. For better help in the Pokemon League use them on your Groudon. Teach Groudon Solarbeam. His ability, Drought, will let you use Solarbeam on your first move.

Heracross: Go to the Safari Zone. Get directly below the slide place where you can get Rhihorns. Once there, go to the upper left corner in the grass and hop with the Acro Bike. You should encounter Heracross or some Glooms and Oddishes. You can find the rarest Safari Zones Pokemon here. If you try to get Heracross, do not use Pokebloks. Instead, just throw a Safari Ball and press A repeatedly.

Jigglypuff and Wigglytuff: Fly to Rustboro City. Go to the extreme north and start to Surf even farther north. Once you get to the most northern point, you will encounter a couple of trainers. Beyond them is a patch of grass. Search around there andyou will eventually find Jigglypuff. Use the Moon Stone you got in Meteor Falls to evolve it into Wigglytuff. Note: You may want tobreed an Igglybuff before you evolve it. When finding Jigglypuff, do not run away from wild Pokemon, just faint them. It will make finding Jigglypuff easier. The area described above is correct, but when you see a group of trees with small passages through them, you are in the correct location.
