Found a solution how to fix it on windows 8. Maybe works on other versions, haven't tried.
I share it with others and you can share on other website that has a similar problem like me because i saw pokecommunity forum with the same problems that others have.
1. Download Active X Control Pad - Download here.
2. When you want to open it, it might say its not compatible so click the fix issue or whatever comes up because it automatically should detect the problem and run it in Windows XP mode.
3. Install it.
4. Download AGIXP. I have downloaded AGIXP with the dll files already in(zerolib.dll-MSCOMCT2.OCX-FM20.DLL) and extract it to the desktop(make a new folder) = If you need the AGIXP I have, post your email I will send you there.
5. When you try to open it it says you need comdlg32.ocx - go to this link and download it:www.ocxdump.com/download-ocx-files_new.php/ocxfiles/C/COMDLG32.OCX/6.01.9782/download.html dont fix errors that says on that page just download it. (Place it in the AGIXP folder once you downloaded.
6. Rename it to comdlg32.ocx (in small letters once you have it in the same folder as AGIXP you downloaded)
7. When you click run it doesn't work it says that the file you already have (comdlg32.ocx) is not registered or is invalid, so what you do is simple. Right click on AGIXP and run as administrator.
Here you go you got a self working AGIXP:)
