Elite Four: Glacia
Speciality: Ice
Glalie Ice Crunch Level 50 Hail Ice Beam Light Screen
Sealeo Water/Ice Surf Level 50 Ice Ball Body Slam Hail
Sealeo Water/Ice Blizzard Level 52 Dive Attract Hail Glalie Ice Crunch Level 52 Ice Beam Shadow Ball Hail
Walrein Water/Ice Surf Level 53 Blizzard Body Slam Sheer Cold
Fighting, Electric and Steel types should do the job here. Walrein and Sealeo have a lot of HP, and plenty of attack power, so watch out when Glacia decides to pull out a Full Restore. Most of the Pokemon's attacks are Water and Ice, so you should be able to find some resistances to help reduce damage. Hail shouldn't affect you much, but watch out for Walrein's Sheer Cold.
Elite Four: Drake
Speciality: Dragon
Shelgon Dragon Rock Tomb Level 52 Dragon Claw Crunch Protect
Altaria Dragon/ Flying Take Down Level 54 Dragonbreath Refresh Dragon Dance
Flygon Dragon/ Ground Dragonbreath Level 53 Dig Fly Sandstorm
Flygon Dragon/ Ground Dragonbreath Level 53 Flamethrower Crunch Sand-Attack
Salamence Dragon/ Flying Dragon Claw Level 55 Flamethrower Crunch Fly
A very tough team to beat - however, all five will be decimated by a single Ice type if you have one. If you don't, you're gonna need as much firepower as you can get. Just keep attacking and heal as necessary - any defense/special defense raising moves will help, as well as status ailments on the opponent. Be wary of Flygon's Levitate, as well as Salamence's Intimidate. Don't bother to paralyse, poison or burn Altaria, as Refresh will simply nullify the effects. Keep your defense and HP high, and you'll pull through.

Champion ----------------
Champion: Steven
Speciality: Steel, Rock and Ground
Skarmory Steel/ Flying Aerial Ace Level 57 Steel Wing Spikes Toxic
Aggron Rock/Steel Thunder Level 56 Earthquake Dragon Claw Solarbeam
Claydol Psychic/ Ground Earthquake Level 55 Ancientpower Reflect Light Screen
Cradily Rock/Grass Giga Drain Level 56 Ancientpower Sludge Bomb Confuse Ray
Armaldo Rock/Bug Ancientpower Level 56 Aerial Ace Water Pulse Slash
Metagross Psychic/ Steel Earthquake Level 58 Psychic Meteor Mash Hyper Beam
Skarmory and Metagross will go down to a strong Fire attack, but watch out for Metagross's Earthquake. Aggron is quad weak to both Fighting and Ground attacks, so it shouldn't be a problem. Both Cradily and Claydol will succumb to Ice attacks, whereas Armaldo can be taken down with a strong Water attack. Steel types may come in handy for their resistances to Cradily's, Skarmory's and Armaldo's attacks. Be in for a long battle - Pokemon with high Defense are very useful in this battle. Exploit the use of status ailments and stat enhancements - they might just tilt the balance in your favour. Hope for the best.
And you've done it! You've beaten the Hoenn Elite Four Challenge and you'll get your congratulations from your neighbour and Professor Birch. Steven will lead you to the Hall of Fame, and your Pokemon will be immortalised in the records for ever.
